The large roof terrace offers sensational sea views that you expect on this peninsula. The villa is never short of sun and the views are breath taking. Three beach clubs in Kisla are just a few minutes walk away so you will be swimming in the sea before you know it, and if you are lucky – you might just see a turtle. The sea is a few minutes walk away and there are enough amenities in this more residential area.

Retreat sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

Retreat  has been completely modernised and  exquisitely re-designed  by us in 2023 under the guidance of one of Kalkan’s best loved and highly respected structural engineers and project managers, Kemal Tashan (kalkanredesign) and his team.

Retreat

In 2023  this beautiful villa was completely upgraded and transformed. Much of the furnishings and furniture is brand new for 2022.

Ground floor

There is off road parking on a private driveway which leads to stone steps down to the garden as well as access to the villa.

The balustrades have lighting for night time enjoyment.

The front door leads to large open plan lounge and very well equipped kitchen.
